Submission Guidelines for the Grant County Gazette

Would you like the Grant County Gazette to publish you?

We're always looking for people who know things about eastern Oregon. If there is something in eastern Oregon that you are passionate about, we'd love to help you share it with the rest of the world.
It could be anything at all as long as it is in eastern Oregon and it's something you have personal experience with. We're looking for people who know about cattle ranching or birding, geneology or bow hunting. It is not very complicated. We publish a new issue of the Grant County Gazette every other week so we're always looking for new material. Each issue contains 10 pictures and 200-400 words of text. If you can take a dozen pictures and write a couple of paragraphs about them, you can be a writer for the Gazette.
It does have to be your own knowledge and your own experience. The internet already has plenty of twenty-minutes-of-googling-articles. We want contributors who have personally seen and done the things they are talking about.

Contact us and let us know what you want to tell people about and how we can reach you and we'll get started.
Thanks,
Dave Driscoll editor The Grant County Gazette
