Minutes from first meeting: Jan 11 2022 The meeting convened at the offices of The Grant County Chamber of Commerce at 11am.
Present were: Don Merrit, Don Haan and Dave Driscoll and Pete Cedena.
The bylaws were approved as submitted by a unanimous vote.
Elections followed with
President: Dave Driscoll
Secretary: Pete Cedena
Treasurer: Don Merrit
David Driscoll offered that he would forward this information to the Oregon Secretary of State to update the GCOHA's non-profit registration. He also said the next item would be to file as a 401 c3 with the IRS which he believes will cost around $275.
It was suggested that we use a questionnaire to determine the best time for regular meetings.
So: Please everyone reply to this email with what works best for you regarding time and place of regular meetings of the GCOHA.


Jan 18 To date I have had one survey response so the next meeting is scheduled for Feb 8 and, until further notice, meeting will be 11am on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Updated information has been submitted to the Oregon Secretary of State and, as soon as I get a confirmation that the updates have been accepted, I will start the IRS paperwork.

Feb 2 We now have a Federal EIN.
